RETURNS POLICY
DEAF Athletic Returns and Exchanges Policy
At DEAF Athletic, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer straightforward returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Only orders to addresses in the United States are eligible for Returns and Exchanges. Unfortunately, due to the cost and complexity associated with returning or exchanging goods across international borders, we are unable to offer Returns and Exchanges to customers outside of the United States at this time.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached and be free from any stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage.
How to Initiate an Eligible Return or Exchange:

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
Should the desired exchange item be out of stock, a refund will be processed for the returned item.
Once we receive your returned item, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at defyyourquiet@deafathletic.com with photos of the damage or defect.
We will gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Important Notes:
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
Please ensure your return package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
